Jennifer is Licensed Mental Health Counselor who seeks to resource and reestablish families by finding tools to develop identity, create community, and restore communication, allowing everyone to be heard and valued. In addition, Jennifer has extensive experience working with adults and children with disabilities. Every member of these families find working with Jennifer beneficial. Her approach to therapy includes focus on family health and individual growth. She draws from family systems, the neuroscience of attachment, solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and REBT theories. For those who prefer she can also incorporate pastoral care and healing prayer approaches.
