Together, we will create a safe place to understand your story, explore what it means to be authentically you, and discover effective strategies to elevate your health and well-being. I believe that the way we interact with ourselves and those around us is influenced by both nature and nurture. By discovering how these factors play a role in our mental health we are able to change how we interact with ourselves and others. I have been assisting people over the past five years, discovering inner peace and acceptance through the use of Self-Compassion mindfulness and other traditional therapy practices.
