From the creators of Animarum Gig Harbor, FARM Palm Springs and the original SEL comes the opening of SIETE in Browns Point, Tacoma. What previously hosted a gas station, then home to several a drive thru coffee shop, we manipulated the existing infrastructure to house our limited equipment to provide a new local experience. We have been provided this facility for use by our retail developer while they decide how the landscape will look in the future. In the meantime, Chef Elise Tuley and our gracious team are grateful for the opportunity to serve what we are passionate about; small plates, coursed dinner menu, craft cocktails, eclectic wine series and brunch.
