Optimal Health

We offer Blended Training CPR courses. We have found that students who complete the online course with eSimulation followed by a hands-on skills session have a much greater understanding and retention of the information and skills needed to successfully perform quality CPR. This combination of learning methods is more adaptable to different learning styles. It also allows us to offer hands-on sessions to smaller groups or even individual sessions, in order to work with challenging schedules. You can complete the online course at your convenience, and the hands-on session is much shorter than a full in-person course.
We offer on-site trainings for groups of 4 or more. Discounts are available for groups; contact us for more information.
