Here are some reasons why a Sub-Zero refrigerator might not be cooling properly:

Dirty condenser coils: Dirty condenser coils can make it harder for the refrigerator to dissipate heat. Debris build-up on the coils can cause the refrigerator to work harder to cool down and intermittent compressor. We recommended to clean the condenser coil at least once a year to improve power efficiency.
Broken temperature control thermostat: A broken or faulty thermostat won't trigger the cooling process, which means the refrigerator won't reach the ideal temperature.
Evaporator fan motor failure: A malfunctioning of evap fan freezer or refrigerator, condenser fan requires professional replacement.Call us and we will take care of it: 619-377-6388
Compressor problems: If the refrigerator is warm inside and not cooling adequately, there might be a compressor or condenser issue.
Freezer temperature is too high: The refrigerator's electronic temperature control should be set at 37-38°F.
Stalled evaporator or condenser fan motor: If the condenser fan motor is not functioning, the fridge won't be able to cool itself as it should.
