Our initial intake for a new patient might be a little different than the typical office since we do not have front desk staff. The doctors aren't able to answer the phone while they're with other patients. The best way to reach us, to set up a new patient appointment, is to send us an email at info@libfchiro.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Be sure to include some days and times of the week that work best for your first appointment, which will take about 60 minutes. ​In order to get you under the correct doctor's care, please also let us know if this appointment is for your child ( <12 years), or if you're pregnant, or planning to become pregnant.
Once we get your email, we'll send you the link to fill out the intake paperwork, get you scheduled, and assign your pin number for future check-ins.
