About
I offer one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to individuals of all ages. I use online platforms such as Face Time, Skype and Zoom. Tutoring is personalized and tailored to the needs of the students. I am passionate about tutoring ESOL and Spanish. I focus on addressing each student's goals, the "Why" behind their learning, and scaffolding their skills to achieve greater competence. My teaching and tutoring is based on interactive activities that create a student-centered experience. Furthermore, as a Spanish and French speaker, I understand how important language is in acclimating to society and to our cultural belonging. I love to see students gain skills and confidence as they work with me and gain a deeper appreciation for the language, whether that be either English or Spanish.
