I am a licensed mental health counselor in Olympia, Washington.
I received my Master's in Applied Behavioral Sciences/Counseling from the Leadership Institute of Seattle/City University in 1990. Since then, I have been working in private practice in the Olympia and Shelton area and in the Counseling Center at The Evergreen State College part-time between 2003-2015.
My training and experience allow me to offer therapy services for individuals from a wide range of cultures and orientations. I offer my services to young adults, couples, and families.
I have received extensive training in client-centered therapeutic interventions to help individuals and families find relief from grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, conflicts, addiction, and other forms of emotional suffering.
