Goodviser<\/a> constantly strives to become better and more convenient for its users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During our pilot run, we discovered that there was some confusion among small business owners and freelancers with regard to using our app. In order to gain the status of a Goodviser and start replying to questions, this is not enough to just register with our app. You need to click \u201cbecome a Goodviser\u201d icon and fill out the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To make this process clearer, we added a mini-tutorial that would pop out after the initial registration. It would guide you through each step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At first, you will have to select one category and as many subcategories as you like. This way users can direct their questions to appropriate businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, you will be asked to provide your address. This is required to add to your credibility. Users can trust you when they know that you are an actual business with a verified physical location in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For certain businesses, other details like licenses or certificates may be required. This is done in order to ensure that only real and trustworthy professionals are to answer the questions. For example, if our user is seeking medical advice, we have to ensure that only a qualified expert gives them a consultation. Otherwise, there is a risk of worsening their condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After completing the form, you will have to wait for verification from us. We check every application carefully. It takes approximately 1 to 5 business days to process your request to become a Goodviser.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
